Problem logging in - You get a message 'Your details have not been recognised'

Please use this email link and confirm your Full Name, CitizenCard number and Date of Birth in your email to us - But please note this survey is only for 11 to 18 year-olds - Your details will be verified by CitizenCard and then you'll receive an email to tell you when you can take part.

You've lost your CitizenCard

The first thing to do is look at the post card you received, your number is printed above your name and address - hopefully you'll now be able to take part.

But if you can't read it use this email link and confirm your Full Name, Postal Address and Date of Birth - Your details will be verified and you will receive an email from CitizenCard confirming your card number - and once you've taken part you'll be able to apply for the free upgrade.

You've had problems logging in and / or completing the survey because of the way it's displayed in your browser

The survey's been designed to work with almost all browsers but it appears either your browser or its settings are causing the problems - the easiest thing to do is try taking part on another computer / browser, perhaps at a friend's, at an internet café , or you can always take advantage of free internet access at your local public library.

You have questions about getting the FREE UPGRADE

You can apply for your FREE upgrade only after you've taken part, the link comes up on the 'Thank you' page.

Everything is explained on the page you link to but if you still have any general questions on what you need to do use this email link, but please confirm your Full Name, CitizenCard number and Date of Birth in your email to us - we'll then confirm that you have taken part in the survey and are eligible for your free upgrade.

You don't have a CitizenCard but would like to take part

If you don't already have a Citizencard you are not able to take part in this survey and enter the prize draw - But if you'd like to take part in future ones then please use this link to go to CitizenCard's website where you can find out how to apply for one - If you're under 17 then it's free.
